Application Process

Applications for The Preschool at Forty Carrots in Sarasota, FL are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Parents are recommended to apply in January for the upcoming school year.

Tours are scheduled Monday - Friday, while the Preschool is in session so families can view learning in action. To schedule your tour, call 365-7716 Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm or email your contact information and our staff will call you.

  

Preschool Tuition


Application fee (first time students only) ............................ $100
Registration fee (due upon acceptance) ............................. $250 
Student fee (due May 1 for fall enrollment) .........................$250
 

2-day tuition ............................................................ $2,800
3-day tuition ............................................................ $3,800
5-day tuition ............................................................ $5,000
Earlcare/Aftercare ..................................................... $8/hour

Application, registration, and student fees are non-refundable. Preschool tuition is based on a school year.  In the event of early withdrawl, no refund or credit will be given for paid tuition or fees.  Tuition may be paid in two ways:  Plan A- Tuition is pre-paid in full on Aug. 1, 2011 to receive a 5% discount on tuition only. Discount is applicable to cash or check
payments only. In the event of early withdrawal, prorated credit will be given, less a 10% fee. Plan B- Tuition is paid in 10 equal installments beginning in August with final payment in May. 
 

Tuition and fees cover the majority of preschool expenses; fundraising makes up the difference.  A limited amount of financial assistance is available for eligible families.  Applications are available by request or may be downloaded from our webiste.
